Welcome to VibeShop (www.vibeshop.store). VibeShop is an online platform operated by Orion Logistics, a partnership firm based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing or shopping on our website (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and to the policies referenced here (Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds, etc.).
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About VibeShop

VibeShop is a single online storefront where customers can purchase products from various manufacturers and brands.

“VibeShop” is a trade name used by Orion Logistics.

We do not manufacture the products sold on the Platform. We curate and source them from third‑party manufacturers and distributors.
2. When these Terms apply

These Terms apply whenever you visit the Platform or place an order.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require any physical or digital signature.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law to place orders on the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform only for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
4. Orders and pricing

When you place an order and complete payment at checkout, you make an offer to buy the selected products.

We may accept or reject your order at our discretion, including for reasons such as stock unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, problems with delivery address, or suspected fraud.

Prices shown on the Platform are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

In the event of a clear and obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
5. Payments

We receive payments as a collection agent for sales made through the Platform. We do not provide banking or financial services.

6. Shipping and delivery

We work with third‑party logistics and courier partners to deliver your orders. Serviceability depends on your pincode and our partners’ coverage.

Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout. These are indicative only and may vary due to courier capacity, local conditions, holidays or other factors.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, you must inform us promptly at infovibeshopstore@gmail.com so that we can raise it with the courier. Resolution may depend on the courier’s investigation.
7. Use of the Platform
You agree that you will not:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or proper functioning of the Platform.

Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to copy or access the Platform without our permission.

We may restrict access to the Platform or take other appropriate action if we reasonably believe you are misusing it.
8. Product information and use

Product descriptions, images and specifications are generally provided by the manufacturers or distributors. We take reasonable care to display accurate information but do not guarantee that all information will always be error‑free or complete.

Actual product packaging, colours and minor details may differ slightly from the images displayed due to manufacturer updates or screen settings.

9. Intellectual property

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

VibeShop does not manufacture the products sold on the Platform. Responsibility for manufacturing quality, formulation, and inherent safety lies with the respective manufacturers, subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or viruses.
11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeShop (Orion Logistics), its partners and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or products.

For any claim relating to a specific order, our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by you for that order.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VibeShop (Orion Logistics), its partners and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Your misuse of the Platform or products.

Your violation of any third‑party rights.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations (including order processing, delivery, returns or refunds) where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, power failures, network outages or major logistics disruptions.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
