5. Delivery attempts and undeliverable orders

Couriers typically make one or more attempts to deliver your order.

If they cannot reach you or deliver due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number or repeated unavailability, the shipment may be returned to origin.

6. Damage in transit

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, we encourage you to take photographs before opening it.
