Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Serviceable areas

  1. We currently deliver to selected pincodes across India through our courier partners.

  2. If your pincode is not serviceable, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

2. Shipping charges

  1. Any applicable shipping charges or free‑shipping offers will be displayed at checkout before you place the order.

  2. From time to time, we may run free‑shipping promotions subject to conditions such as minimum order value or specific product categories.

3. Dispatch and delivery timelines

  1. We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, subject to product availability.

  2. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. These are indicative and may vary due to:

    • Courier operations and capacity.

    • Local restrictions, holidays or weather conditions.

    • Remote or difficult‑to‑serve locations.

4. Tracking

  1. After dispatch, you may receive a tracking link or ID from the courier or from us.

  2. You can use this to monitor the shipment until delivery.

5. Delivery attempts and undeliverable orders

  1. Couriers typically make one or more attempts to deliver your order.

  2. If they cannot reach you or deliver due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number or repeated unavailability, the shipment may be returned to origin.

  3. In such cases, we may:

    • Cancel the order and refund the product value (excluding shipping charges, where applicable), or

    • Offer re‑dispatch with additional shipping charges, depending on circumstances.

6. Damage in transit

  1. If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, we encourage you to take photographs before opening it.

  2. If the product inside is damaged, please follow the procedure in our Returns, Refunds and Replacement Policy.
